The_Gear - Does that mean sometimes there are items in your start menu, other times it's blank? Correct. The_Gear - It seems you stopped responding to the ticket in January. I followed support instructions numerous times but the problem wasn't resolved. I have uninstalled the product and won't be making use of it again. Thanks for the help.

dtb71 - The problem has not been resolved. Still faced with the same issue. Just uninstalled it now. Sometimes it works great. But you will get a black screen every now and again which is very frustrating.

Hi there I purchased Start8 and love the features. The start screen however sometimes works and sometimes not. It is completely blank showing no items. I am on the latest version 1.47. See attached screenshot.
