So it appears that my laptop can ping my desktop but my desktop cannot ping my laptop... Now I am even more confused. I thought they had the same configuration. Not sure what to check for or what to do right now. Thank you for the help anyway.

Hi, thank you for your answer. I have purchased MP several days ago, and it has never worked before. So this is the first time I used MP. Yeah, I cannot ping my secondary PC from my primary PC either. Not sure what's going on: I have Firewall turned off on both computers, both have a Private network profile, they're on the same subnet, File and Printer Sharing (ICMPv4) is enabled on both, they're not connected to any VPN or anything like that, there seems to be no setting on t
Hi, thank you for the answer. I have Multiplicity running on both machines, and they have correct roles on both computers. I have tried to connect to the IP of the laptop directly. I am not running any antivirus software besides standard Windows Defender. According to the ipconfig they have the same Subnet Mask and Gateway, so I guess they're running on the same subnet, connected via Ethernet to the same switch. I have restarted Multiplicity service on both. This is an error which I am gettin
Multiplicity on my primary computer (desktop) doesn't see a client on my laptop on my home network. I did everything as instructed: turned off firewall, etc,. they both have the same version of a software, freshly installed, both connected via ethernet. Documentation at Multiplicity Connection issues 101 - Documentation - Stardock Help Center istn't helpful (a
Doesn't work with File Explorer as expected, when tried to load File Explorer group, I got error message: Then it loaded one tab instead of several in the group. Also, it gets stuck, I cannot open the same folder in more than one tab, really annoying since it worked on regular Explorer with no groupy.
I have problems with saving and loading groups. When I save Acrobat windows as a group, Groupy doesn't load a group like that. With Word, it loads a group fine, but it preserves the original sequence of files in the group: if I change the sequence, and overwrite the group, it doesn't get saved. Also, please redesign Groupy icon to match Win 11 style. Otherwise, great app, thanks for that!
Windows was copying Mac OS from the very first version, and Steve Jobs wanted to sue Microsoft for that. He abandoned that since they themselves copied Mac OS from Xerox PARC. So, nothing new under the sun.
I hope they'll make this feature in Start 11, that would be sick! 😁
There are small visual differences between stock start menu in Windows 11 and Start 11 on Windows 11 (and Win 10 for that matter too). Like shut down menu: Win 11: Start 11: (Start 11 shut down menu looks awful tbh, possibly a placeholder?)
Do you plan to make Win 11 dock and menu available for Win 10 too?
