I know and I wasn't talking about disabling it... I was trying to say that the taskbar in 8.1 is about 30% more transparent than in Windows 8. Therefore Start8 should make an update so the transparency of the start menu and win8.1 taskbar will match.
Hi, I am the only one who noticed that the taskbar is even more transparent in new 8.1? This kinda disrupts the harmony between taskbar and start menu. An update is needed
