I use F-Secure Security Suite provided by my internet provider, Spectrum. The windows version is Windows 10 Home 1809 (OS Build 17763.1) I am a member of the Windows insider program. I am running a pre-release version of the Fall Update, also known as Redstone. This is the third 1809 build I have installed. Windowblinds hasn't worked on any of them, not since Build 1803. "clean boot" was performed correctly. Intel graphics drivers were up to date. NVIDIA drivers were updated. WB still won't apply skins and isn't showing in the systray. Windows 10 Home (17763.rs5_release.180914-1434) WindowBlinds 10.65 (048 - Windows 10 Edition) - 64 bit OS <span

I think the problem may be the Win 10 build I'm using. WB worked fine with version 1803 but stopped skinning when I started using the pre-release builds for the upcoming October release of Windows 10 update, 1809 also known as "redstone". I have installed three of these pre-release builds and WB hasn't worked on any of them.
