Object Desktop subscribtion renewed but is not posting to Object Desktop Manager

I am having the exact same problem as everyone else here. I renewed on January 31, 2016 shortly after receiving the notice that the Object Desktop Software was no longer going to support the $3.99 a month pay scale. It is now a yearly subscription only. The email offered me a discount of $29.99 per year and a $5.00 off coupon making it $24.99 for the year. I made the payment via Paypal.
