I have been encountering this problem as well. I just installed Fences on a new system (Corp install), got my fences setup. This system is running Win10 1809. We do use Forcepoint One Endpoint. But, I only have an issue with Fences if I enable Slideshow, or if I install Deskscape. The reactions I get are between Explorer crashing and restarting instantly to waiting a few seconds, then crashing, resulting in Fences disabling itself.
