Spacesharks and the minors in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

Am just newbie, but each time i play, 1. either the minors become too powerful, even more powerful than the AIs. 2. In other games, it seems like the spacesharks control the galaxies, how can this be? The shark just keep eating all my ships and the AIs too... How can these 2 scenarios be prevented?? regards razakaze
