Took me 2 hours to get rid of this hack job of an application. All of the stuff here that some suggest would not work. I am not a novice computer user. I had worked in IT before. However the way they locked it in to the system you literally have to jump through hoops to eliminate it. I am tired of things getting crippled. It did work for the first 2 years then something changed and I even tried to upgrade but the problem still did not get resolved.&

OK now I am really pissed off!!! I Need to know how to freaking uninstall this POS software! It failed in the control panel and I have tried the directory and that failed too. I can't delete it cause windows says its running! I cannot find it in the task manager! Tell me how to remove this crap.... I do not have the time to waste messing with this crap!!! Its already taken 1 hour of my time to find that its locked in

The software will not easily uninstall either. Why did you have to change it to make the user experience (shit)?????

I have searched the forums for an answer and most of the tech heads assume things about your system and tell you to reinstall or update or something else that does not freaking work. Can you please fix your failure of a tool. If your not on board with MS's development then when they change something it breaks your stuff.
