Is it an issue? By shortcuts, I'm referring to the personal folder links. Forgot to mention I'm using the Modern style, so I said right hand panel. When I open File Explorer window with the Documents link, clicking Documents would always switch to that window till I close it even if the window now has a different folder opened. Clicking on a right hand panel shortcut when I already opened a window with the same shortcut would just have me switch to that window even if I now have a different folder opened in that window. Could there be an option to have the shortcuts always open a new window?

@Neil: Didn't know that. A visible option on Curtains' style editor would be great. I found another solution: valinet's WinCenterTitle. It works well and seems perfectly compatible with Curtains, but it doesn't work on UWP apps. ForceAbsoluteMiddle=1 works on UWP apps, but the title is a bit off-center on non-UWP windows, and it doesn't seem to work at all on those that lack min and max buttons. I've read a thread here criticizing how the title bar text is centered between the icon and the minimize button, and you guys seem to disagree cos it would "look out of place". I currently use 7+ Taskbar Tweaker which lets me reorder taskbar thumbnails. I always have the order of thumbnails of tabbed programs like File Explorer match their tab order so keeping track of and switching bet. opened windows is easier. 7+TT also lets me cycle bet. taskbar buttons by scrolling on the taskbar, where matching thumbnail ordering would make sense. I've been experiencing this bug for a while now that makes a maximized window (9 pixels) larger, occupying the top part of my taskbar's space, when opening a new tab. When it happens, the window remains maximized (with the restore down button shown). It seems to only affect the new tab. When I switch to the other tabs, the window's size corrects itself. It's the default Windows 10 theme with a dark midnight blue color. The color isn't normally allowed so I used Winaero Tweaker to force Windows to use it, but using the allowed ones like navy blue didn't fix the problem, and I love this color too much to switch to another. From my observation, the aforementioned bugs save for the last one jrolson mentioned don't happen the first time File Explorer is opened after restarting or turning on the PC. Once I close and re-open Explorer or open a folder afterward, the bugs reappear.

I'm having the same bug as jrolson. This only happens with 1.16. I use Windows 10 V1803, OS build 17134.81.
