Hi, Disabled quick hide and no change. I uninstalled Fences and all the icons returned. I will reinstall Fences and sort them out again. Scott

I have the same problem as well. Somehow I lost a fence with all the icons inside of it. The icons show up under C:\Users\scott\Desktop but are no longer visible. When I copy a missing icon back to the desktop I get an "already exists" error Scott
