I appreciate the prompt response, I was able to deactivate the Fences 2 but I'm unable to do the same with Fences 4 (upgrade). It shows up on my order history but not in my downloads (shown below). About 2 weeks ago I upgraded and installed Fences 4, unfortunately earlier this week that machine had a total meltdown. I'm now in the process of reaching reinstalling software, it has came to my attention Fences 4 require you to release the license to be able to install it on the new machine. Unfortunately, this is not an option for me. Without having to purchase a second license is there any other way for Stardock to do a license release? Thanks
