my snapshots don't go back far enough

I have Fences 3.1.3.3, Win10. about 1 week ago, one of the Fences on my desktop no longer appears when I click on the desktop. I have 2 other Fences which promptly show up. if I go to my File Explorer, I can see / access all the missing files. is there a solution to this issue?
