Curious about this too. I've used Start8 and Start10, but I don't want to upgrade to Start11 unless it actually improves the Taskbar experience. I'm in a similar situation where I'd like to be able to move the taskbar to a secondary monitor at all - without designating the other monitor as my primary monitor in display settings. My understanding is that Start 11 only supports the bottom and top positions on the primary monitor right now. Please correct me if this is wron
