I have an Idea i thought was cool and wanted to try, but I dont think I have the skills to do it the way i see it, at least not on the PC. I am almost relieved to see that it wasnt just coz Im a newbie. I spent hours just trying to get some fonts to change and wound up giving up and simply changing the color of my skin to something that would work better. I spent more time playing with the fonts in my last skin than I did on all other parts combined. <im

I do it the same way, pretty much. Here is the quickest way I have been able to come up with... draw each frame, in order as its own layer, 1st frame visible, the rest "off". "Save as.." Image001.png , Then I can just turn each layer off and the next one on, hit F12, and change 001 to 002, 003, etc. When I'm done , like Ph00ey said, the AniUtil is the easiest way to finish.
