Licensing in Stardock Software

Why am I being asked for a licence after updating to Fences 5, when I have an active subscription to Object Desktop. Also, Object Desktop is not showing any licences. Please urgently advise

Fences 4.1 layouts and locking not working in Fences

For some time now, Fences 4.1 layouts keep changing for no reason, and if I restore to a previous snapshot it is okay for a short time and then the layouts change again. To try and fix, I went to lock the fences, but although the right click view lock fences options is there, it does nothing and will not lock the fences. Any clues?
