I removed Start8, problem went away with Start10 V.99. I download & installed Start10 V1.0 this evening and the problem returned.

I didn't mention that I am using Start10 and it keeps going back to Start8. Should I remove Start8?

I am having a problem again with the Task Bar. I can not hide it. I have tried repeatedly and with no success. Any ideas?
