I have same problem, have paid twice for Start 10, get same "reboot" message but no help, also no help from Stardock support

thanks for responding. I'm an old guy, non techie. I "installed: the windows 7 look on my w8 toshiba, loved it. have bought hp with w10 and that ugly start stuff. Went to Stardock site, purchased start 10 (even qualified for big $1 discount) went thru install process till the little blue "install arrow" was ready, opened it and went thru process until black box with white text said "process stopped" that's all folks!

I can buy it and get the key, but cannot install it on my hp windows 10 laptop. tried classic shell and could not install that either. would love some help. Stardock customer service sucks
