then i suppose i'm out of luck as far as email goes. if you could find out if he plans to finish the theme i would greatly appreciate it. if my attempts to contact him fail that is.

i don't understand, i'm getting totally redirected. to this URL https://forums.stardock.com
i tried clicking on the link to email him, but it just takes me to thread they made and there is no sign of an email address.
sorry my thinking is a little off today, had a rough night.
importing the png seems to have worked, but i don't understand what needs to be done to an asset to make it recolorable
ok i will give that a try
ok i posted on one of his threads, but considering the last time he was on, i will have to wait a while. thanks for the help guys.
is this still being worked on? i really want to use it to recreate the "rainy day" theme from windows 95-98.
i've been trying to make a recolorable version of the scroll bar assets but no luck so far.

the skin author is SemoB, it was not included with the purchase.
how would i contact them? when i click "send private message" it redirects me to an unrelated page.
i was hoping to finish what he started and upload the updated copy, if that's permitted or possible anyway.
so there is no way to complete the addition of the recolorable UI? the original author started but didn't finish.
the theme hasn't been updated since 2020, and most UI elements are not recolorable. i wanted to reproduce a theme from windows 98.
hello, i'm new here and the windows 98 classic theme is something i've been trying to get to work for quite a while now. specifically the recolorable theme. for some reason the original creator stopped updating and never finished that feature. i can't figure out why, but the skin studio isn't recognising my tga files that i've converted from the original bitmaps. can someone here give me the rundown on what i have to do to make a recolorable asset, or can someone pick
