We need more detail on what "Impulse isn't working" might mean. Possibilities include anti-spyware or anti-virus blocking the program, a firewall issue or simply an interrupted download.

I was drafted.... First Skinning app that I used was WinAmp sometime in 1998. I also used Sonique for a while. Those early apps changed the way that I looked at software and computing as a whole.
