Yep, same here, with Surface Pro 3. But I also have a Lenovo Helix and on the Helix's Start8 menu, the "Sleep" selection is present just above "Hibernate" on Start8's expanded power button. Both devices are running 8.1 Pro fully updated and both with Start8 and ModernMix at their latest versions as of today. I've also noticed in the Surface Pro 3's power settings "Choose what the power button does" and "Choose what closing the lid does" are the same exact set
