Ok, I just tried to reproduce it again myself... and now both Start 10 and Chrome are working. As Start 10 requires a reboot after uninstalling, I think it may have just been a fluke and the reboot was all that was needed (although I had rebooted before). In any case, I have both installed now and working as expected. Thanks for looking into this! John

Hello! My google chrome version is " Version 44.0.2403.155 m". For the sound card, it is an onboard sound card. My Device Manager lists two devices: "AMD High Definition Audio Device" and "IDT High Definition Audio CODEC". John

Hello, After installing Start 10, Google Chrome no longer opened at all. It never brought up a window, and I found that processes were hanging around in task manager. So it seems like it just failed to open a window or was stalled waiting for the window to open. I tried a lot of things including attempting to uninstall Google Chrome, but the uninstaller also did not work. After uninstalling Start 10, Chrome returned to working as normal. John
