Found a way to make it work, thank you. All O.K. now

No luck with those two I'm afraid. I couldn't find a "req or resp" file. The command prompt wouldn't recognize the path. My problem is the lack of anything but a "Back" button which makes me think it's in the software.

I have installed Start8 and Start10 on around 6 computers of mine and others, all with Win 8 Pro or 10 Pro installed, over the last few years and had no troubles at all with the process. Now I'm having a very frustrating time trying to activate Start10 on a friend's laptop with Win 10 Pro installed. I get the label to activate with a product key and email, fill it in as required, then I'm stuck. There is no activate button to click at the bottom, as there should
