Confirm that I've also been facing this issue with Windows 8.1 64Bit Metro + Desktop programs windows foreground/background layering not working properly after install of recently bought and downloaded Modern Mix v1.2a Please let us know as soon as mentioned updated version is available as current behaviour makes the whole of windows annoying/unworkable if Modern Mix is running as soon as you've started up a windowed Modern app...even after you've then closed that app.
