Hi Sean Thanks for your response. I have MP4 Pro, but it isn't clear how to assign a hotkey when using the KVM mode. I can see the hotkeys setting, but this is clearly for the seamless setting, which I don't use. I'd love to be able to assign those hotkeys to the KVM mode instead. You also haven't addressed the issue of why I have a grayed out button that says 'Create Shortcut'. There seems to be a lot of complaining about the lack of hot keys in Multiplicity 4. I am also slightly flummoxed by this. In Multiplicity 3 it was really nice to press Ctrl + Shift + ' to open the remote window. Trying to get to a remote PC in KVM mode seems really clunky in version 4, and it is also really hard to get back to the local desktop without closing the remote window. Hello For some time I have been using Multiplicity 3 to connect to a secondary computer and it has all been working fine. Within the last month or two this has become extremely unreliable, and sometimes I am unable to connect at all.
