Sorry for the delayed reply, was too busy to test. In the mean time I have received and update from the Actual Multiple Monitors tool that has addressed the topic we have been talking about.

So most likely some app is intefering but the question is which one so we can solve it and get a proper usage of Start11. Thanks for your help on this.

It happens both with and without the app running. I will create a movie when I am with the PC.
After a reboot the problem seems to be solved. The only strange part is the recycle bin icon that blinks through the Chrome icon, which is the last pinned icon on the task bar. That is also visible in the movie I shared earlier, only now the blinking through the chrome icon instead of text on the taskbar.
The windows version is 22H2, build 22621.4317. Start11 is versie 2.11, next to this I use Actual Multiple Monitors 8.15.1 I have created a small movie, hopefully this is visible for you in the link.[video]https://youtu.be/69xWNeoYr8M[/video] I saw after posting the video that the video title is wrong, it states title bar this should have been task bar.

Hi all, I use Start11 v2 and for me the taskbar shows the open program icons and the text of the programs is blinking constantly. I have tried restarting the pc re-installing start but both does not change things. How to get proper programnames in the bar? Thanks for your help.
