Fence software locked my desktop icons in Fences Stardock Forums

I downloaded the fence software. After it was downloaded and I started to create the fences I was unable to move my desktop icons. The beats the entire purpose of the fence software. I then removed the software and I was able to move the desktop icons again. Have you seen this before? I like the fences but this way it is worthless.
