Just wanted to say I was curious about this as well. Mine says Immersive Control Panel as well. Started since it randomly changed when I was on 1.01. (It started off as Settings then logged in one day and it had changed to Immersive Control Panel, and has been that way ever since. And yes before you asked, ive re-installed Start 10 and that made no difference. Settings has also changed to Immersive Control Panel in 'All Programs' for me as well.
