Thanks for the response. Like I said; my original query was three years ago when the customer reported that happening. I've no idea if it's still a problem or if he even still uses Multiplicity. I still do though every day and it's a great product.

Well, thank you, but that request was THREE years ago!
Oh wow thank you that's brilliant!
Hi, I upgraded to get more server KVMs connected and after passing a certain number (12 I think, not sure but after dropping back to 10 it doesn't switch back)), I no no longer get the preview tile image of the remote server but just a small rectangular icon with the connect button on it. It makes sense to do this on a small screen but I have a 32 inch 1440p one so this is unnecessary. Is there any way to force it back to showing a mini view of the remote screen? Thanks <

The problem disappeared for me since my last post. (As David151) so I presume there was an update that fixed it for me. Setting the hotkey to go immediately to one of the screens worked fine though. I would suggest downloading the latest version and re-installing and do set up the hotkey anyway. Right click the system tray icon and select Configure Multiplicity and then you can set up the hotkey on the "Hotkey" tab. Good luck!
I get this often. It's very annoying. After a while I set up a hotkey control/alt/home to send the cursor back to the main screen. Uninstalling, purging and re-installing makes no different. It still does that and the other irritating thing it does is refuse to accept mouse input on the screens other than the main, although you can type there as normal. Just can't click or double-click anything although the mouse-over highlighting and so on works. Returning the mouse
Hi, If I connect to a remote computer and go to print something, it wants to print to my local computer. Now normally that is what I would want. But I have one user with the need to connect to his office computer from home and print something out on the printer connected to his office computer for his secretary to pick up. Is this possible with Multiplicity or does that chap have to go back to using Remote Desktop for this task? Thanks in advance
