Remote Printing

Hi,

If I connect to a remote computer and go to print something, it wants to print to my local computer.  Now normally that is what I would want. But I have one user with the need to connect to his office computer from home and print something out on the printer connected to his office computer for his secretary to pick up.

Is this possible with Multiplicity or does that chap have to go back to using Remote Desktop for this task?

Thanks in advance

The latter is exactly how it does work with Multiplicity.  I can only assume for the former that you are using another product for the connection.

Thanks for the response. Like I said; my original query was three years ago when the customer reported that happening. I've no idea if it's still a problem or if he even still uses Multiplicity.

I still do though every day and it's a great product.

I have always said, the 1st time anyone uses Multiplicity, they instantly wonder how they did without it..
