My name is Bruce Sabatini. I deleted my prior version of OD (expired 8/15/2022) and updated to the new version today (paid 39.99) => my license is the same as the old (OD-XXXX923-OEM-XXXXX7020). After installing the new version of OD, it shows the old expiration date and will not work. Can you help me here? Thank you, Bruce Sabatini

Using Object Desktop 11 and trying to install DeskScapes 11.. I get he message: "Error Occurred"
Using Object Desktop and trying to install windowblinds 11... I get the error: WindowBlinds 11 cannot find the install file. Please close and re-open OD, then try again. Well... I did over and over PLUS I uninstalled OD and re-installed OD and tried again. I even purchased another OD (by error) and it didn't help. Please advise.
