i have start 8 from windows 8 to 8.1 and now upgraded to win 10...seem like my start 8 still working like it is..weird...should i upgrade to start 10? ..

so a mailer saying the object dock 50% off but when i click on get it. i didnt see any discount given. in the email..it didnt mentioned any promo code :(
