Hi guys, Thanks for your replies. I was afraid that would be the main choices of my issue. Clean Wipe of HDD then Clean Install of Win 10 Pro and Updates of device drivers and Microsoft programs. A new SSD is a great idea too. Install Win 10 Pro on the SSD and most likely partition the 2TB HDD to better manage storage options that way. Now time to shop for an inexpensive but good brand SSD. Sincerely, schickmar

To Whom it may concern, I am familiar with Stardock from having Start8 that also worked, for me when I Upgraded Win 8.0 to 8.1 to Win 10 all on the same previous PC on one HDD with Win 7 Ultimate. All versions 64bit with AMD 3.5GHz and 8GB Memory. Does anyone know if any part of Object Desktop helps Windows 10 Professional 64bit v.1909, Intel i7 - 2600 CPU @ 3.4GHz, 16GB Memory, 2TB HDD Desktop PC run any faster? This is actually the very slowest New Windows Desktop PC
