after windows update on 3/13/2015 my desktop has disappeared. how do you go about restoring?

I purchased fences on your web site on 8.28.14. at the end of the process the system seemed to pop an error. the charge shows up in my paypal account but no fences. how do I get fences added to my downloads and appearing in my account.
