fences not showing up in my account

I purchased fences on your web site on 8.28.14. at the end of the process the system seemed to pop an error.

the charge shows up in my paypal account but no fences.

how do I get fences added to my downloads and appearing in my account.

You should have received an email from us with the download link and product key. Can you check that, and also check your spam folder?
