I have been having the same issue. Key retrieval only shows my Windowblinds (versions 7&10)... Nothing for Start10. Help please? Thanks

My boyfriend bought me Start10 last month, I had it installed on my new win10 laptop that he'd gotten me a few months before. I had to reinstall win10 which wiped out everything :'-( When I enter my info for lost keys, all that shows is my windowblinds (versions 7 & 10)...nothing for Start10. How do I get the key for this?? I've emailed Stardock to no avail :-( *Any* help/suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
