Was using ver 2.01. Upgraded to 2.13 and problem solved.

I just updated to 8.1 last night and now all icons are stuck. The fences can be moved, resized, and icons adjust correctly but they can't be moved manually. Have restarted several times, same result. Is there a fix, new version? Thanks.
