OK, I minimized Chrome on my primary monitor and the taskbar switched to floating with rounded corners.

This worked on my secondary monitors but not on the primary.

AzDude, thank you for your suggestions. I did the purge and downloaded Start 11 from my account and had the same problem. Then I purged again and downloaded from an email I received about Start 11. After installing that version the problem seems to have gone away.

Sometimes when I click on taskbar icons they just shrink and move around but don't open things.
