I have a Fences 5 subscription. Recently, when I created a shortcut on the desktop, There was a popup dialog requiring my activation. The response was that it was activated, Yet the attempted shortcut was not created and the same popup occurs when I try again. I downloaded and reinstalled the app, rebooted, and the same condition returned. Anyone know why this is happening or what to do to fix this? Thanks.
