Like Virgedx, I too find it inconvenient that in Windows 8, even with the bottom-left side hotspot disabled, hovering my mouse pointer over the precise bottom-left hand corner of the screen will not display the taskbar if the taskbar is set to auto-hide. In order to display the task bar, I must either click my mouse, or move it a few pixels out from the corner. Fixing this would make Start8 perfect in my mind!
