I used to be able to run Fences on my Dell Laptop Corp Domain computer. Now with some recent version, after successfully installing and entering the product license key, I get an error when trying to create a fence: "Fences has detected that Explorer was not closed properly. As a precaution, Fences has been temporarily disabled. To r-enable Fences, right click your desktop and choose Enable Fences" I have tried every thing I know to get Fences to w
