Worked with the helpdesk for about a week until one of the suggestions they had made my computer blue screen then go into a reboot cycle that it couldn't get out of (updating a driver, can't remember which since it's been a while). Had to have our local IT department roll back the changes. Haven't used the product since and won't likely again in the future.

I am also having a very similar problem. Running Windows 7 64-bit. When I initially create a folder portal it works fine, and everything displays as it should. However, after I reboot the computer I only see the header of the fence, but no icons or text inside of it. The folders I am pointing to are located on my normal hard drive and are not encrypted. If I try to create a new folder portal (even of one that should currently exist on the desktop) then it works fin
