On occasion when right clicking on the Start 10 menu, the app will crash. When it does, the left side of the screen remains blurred (as though it were open) and unusable. Restarting Windows Explorer fixes it momentarily until the first time you click something on screen. I have found that if you open Task Manager (or your favorite substitute) and kill the Start 10 child processes (not the service itself), your screen will return to normal and you can continue without rebooti
