the one to the right of the menu

I just purchased the Start 10 upgrade and installed the beta. When using the Windows 7 style, the folder called Modern UI applications is empty. Will it be that way upon release as well? How do I put the apps in the folder? When i search for the folder in the search at the bottom of Start10, nothing comes up...
