Sean, perhaps I was not clear. Your ticket system does not accept tickets. I have used that system, over and over again to no effect. The system generates notifications on almost every attempt that a ticket was not created, and refers you to the forums.

Hi Basj, I have in the meantime just purchased Object Desktop at the full price. The process of 'fixing' Windows 11 is long and painful, but the tools provided by Stardock make it possible. Thankyou.
I have a dozen emails from yesterday stating that a ticket has not been created and to refer to the forums for assistance in this matter.
I am aware that Object Desktop is not available through Steam, but a number of other products are. Some of those products are prerequisites for discounted pricing on Objects Desktp, however your site seems to not recognise puchases through Steam. I cant currently see *any* purchases as I am unable to access purchase history at all.
I have had a series of issues that frankly have made my day somewhat more irritating than I had anticipated. I have been forced to dive into the steaming cesspit that is Windows 11, and have found enough about it irritating enough that I point blank, employment be damned, wont proceed without fixing it. Fortunately there is a fix, and as usual Stardock are behind it. Unfortunately, some of the tools required are a part of the Object Desktop suite,
