Actually, I understand what the software does. I have two monitors on my main system. The primary monitor is on the right and the secondary monitor is on the left. I use the "extended screen" option on the main computer. No matter where I move the mouse on either the primary or the secondary monitor, the mouse never moves over to the screen on the laptop. I've tried top, bottom, right, left, up and down with no success. I will try your support team next.

I got an email today making me aware of this product so I downloaded the free version and installed it on 2 of my systems today. One is flagged as the primary and runs Windows 7 Pro 64 and the other is a laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium 64. They can see one another on my network and I can move data and files back and forth between them. Jeez.....all of this over conversation over a $7 software fee??? Its not even one round of drinks at the bowling alley, principles or not. Have you ever bought anything else as useful as this for such a low price? Just my 2 cents worth.
