Here's a screenshot. It's not another Fence that I mean when I say an existing window - it's everything else; application windows, explorer windows and the rest.
So I upgraded to the new fences. And I liked the idea of having the roll-ups along the edge of my main screen, and just moving the mouse over them when I need to access the apps / date / folders. But when I do this, they unroll underneath the existing windows. What use is that? Is there an 'always on top' setting that I'm missing? I'm not running any other customising software, just plain Windows 10
