I am having this same issue, except WinFX5.1, not the free version. I also have the appropriate registrations, just after installation nothing happens. It shows running in the background, but that's about it...

I'm running Windows 8 (I know, I'm that jerk who listened to the guy who said "Stardock makes Win8 really great! and then it's not even for that) A bunch of other things aren't working that are supposed to like Deskscapes 8 and such but I'm working on this one now.
