I was told not to run Fences as Admin.....kinda hard to do that when the only way fences starts is on startup....which doesn't start apps as admin.

At first it was a minor annoyance; For some reason any program that I double click that is within a fence, the UAC always appeared snapped to the right side of my main monitor. Okay, not that big of a deal. Now comes the Win10 Anniversary Update. Now the UAC appears snapped to the left side of my SECOND monitor.
