I tried to do the offline activation which recommends you uninstall Fences 5. I did that and rebooted. I then downloaded Fences 5 from the download page - note that I have a subscription so that is permitted. I then entered my subscription key and it said it could not activate the software. When I go through the routine, save a fences.req file and upload it, it says that I have already installed this on Computer01 (example) which is the computer I am trying to install

I reinstalled Fences 5 from my subscription page. It asked for a license, entered, rebooted and then it said it could not activate or contact the license server. I tried offline activation. It says a profile on your desktop by default called fences.req. When you go to the next page on the Fences app, it looks for the file Fences.resp. It doesn't even know the same file extension and you can't change it to look for all *.*. Sad, very sad. I wonder who
I had installed Fences 4 and bought a subscription. I then got an email offer for Fences 5. I clicked and installed. I tried to put in my license. It says that it has not been activated and there is a problem connecting to the activation server. This is so irritating. I went through something similar when I purchased my subscription.
