What do you do when you have no crystal in Fallen Enchantress Stardock Forums

Playing Relias on Challenging with default map options. I have 6 cities and have contact with two other factions. I thought I had a pretty good map given that I have one corner of the map all to myself and pretty well covered. The only way to my cities is across a thin area of land. Anyway, I have no crystal available anywhere. The only place I even see any is way down between the other two factions. Pretty new to this game. How much trouble am I goin

Help with henchmen in Fallen Enchantress Stardock Forums

New player here. I've been playing with Altar and have researched henchmen. I can train Bards and Shieldman, but I see no option for Henchmen. I can't find anything that says what the prerequisite resources are for these. Can anyone help?
